The Importance of Retaining Waterford Graduates.

Every year, when a school district bond proposition is presented, our community consistently votes in favor. Regardless of individual opinions, the prevailing trend is that these measures are consistently approved.

This signifies a commitment to invest further in our students, recognizing them as the future workforce encompassing professions such as doctors, lawyers, police officers, scientists, and more.

It is disheartening to witness a significant portion of these graduates departing from Waterford upon completing their education.

As a candidate, one of my primary objectives is to explore innovative strategies to incentivize graduates to remain in Waterford, addressing one of the central motivations driving my candidacy.
